Jerry M. Cozewith. President and Co-Founder

Mr. Cozewith serves as the chief staff officer, working with the Board of Directors and staff to build an organization that is widely admired for innovative strategies to help young people and for exceptionally responsible stewardship.

Mr. Cozewith has extensive experience as a nonprofit executive that includes early career experience in the field of child welfare and more than 20 years with the American Red Cross in various locations. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Temple University.
